Gift Vouchers FAQ

Below are few answers to the most common questions we get about Singletrack School gift vouchers.

1. What can Singletrack School vouchers be exchanged for?

Gift vouchers can be exchanged as full or part payment for any of our mountain bike skills courses, technique courses, skills weekends, guided rides and short breaks. They cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

2. How much do Singletrack School vouchers cost?

Our gift vouchers can be bought in any amount above a minimum value of £30.00.

To help you decide on how much to put on your voucher, please use the following typical examples of our courses and rides:

• A full day of coaching and riding with us starts at £120
• Our skills weekends all start at £199 without accommodation
• Private 1-2-1 sessions starts at £199

3. What do Singletrack School vouchers look like?

Our gift vouchers are presented in the form of a printed gift card that you can personalise when you checkout your order.

We'll print your message right there in the card so you can send it direct to the recipient if you wish. Useful if you're in a last minute rush.

The card features a picture of a mountain biker on the front and contains all the voucher information printed inside including the amount, expiry date and advice on how to redeem the voucher.

We'll also pop a few of our leaflets in their too so they can start the process of choosing the perfect course right away.

4. Is there an expiry date?

Yes. We put a twelve month expiry date on our vouchers.

5. Can I extend an expired voucher?

Good news! Expired gift vouchers may now be extended in increments of 12 months with a payment of £20.00 per extension from the current expiry date.

Please note that extended vouchers may only be redeemed against events published on our web site. In other words they must be redeemed against our scheduled public courses and rides.

6. How quickly will it arrive?

We'll send your gift vouchers by Royal Mail First Class Post so it's perfect for that last minute gift. Most people get their vouchers the very next working day if you buy before 3:00pm.

7. How do I buy one?
