Below are few answers to the most common questions we get about Singletrack School gift vouchers.

1. What can Singletrack School vouchers be exchanged for?

Gift vouchers can be exchanged as full or part payment for any of our mountain bike skills courses, technique courses, skills weekends, guided rides and short breaks. They cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

2. How much do Singletrack School vouchers cost?

Our gift vouchers can be bought in any amount above a minimum value of £5.00.

To help you decide on how much to put on your voucher, please use the following typical examples of our courses and rides:

A full day of coaching and riding with us starts at £120
Our skills weekends all start at £199 (does not include accommodation)
Private 1-2-1 sessions starts at £199

3. Is there an expiry date?

Yes. We put a twelve month expiry date on our vouchers.

4. Can I extend an expired voucher?

Good news! Expired gift vouchers may now be extended in increments of 12 months with a payment of £20.00 per extension from the current expiry date.

Please note that extended vouchers may only be redeemed against events published on our web site. In other words they must be redeemed against our scheduled public courses and rides.

5. How quickly will it arrive?

We'll send your gift vouchers via email right away once you have completed your purchase. Perfect for the very last minute gift!

6. How do I buy one?

Singletrack School gift vouchers can be bought and mangaed via our online booking system. You can pay by card, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay or even in interest free installments via Klarna and Clearpay.

Singletrack School provide mountain bike skills coaching, mountain bike technique courses, mountain bike skills weekends, women's mountain bike skills courses, private mountain bike skills tuition, off-road skills instruction for kids and families, guided singletrack rides and cross country bike adventures in The Surrey Hills and beyond.

We also organise and deliver team building and corporate entertainment events for corporate customers, and experience days and social events for schools, clubs, youth groups, stag parties and hen parties.
